Terms & Conditions

All entries are accepted at our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any listing at any time without reason. Requesting or accepting a listing denotes acceptance of our conditions, which may be varied from time to time. Our legal liability will be limited to a maximum of the amount paid for the year. Cancellations will not be entitled to any refund. Any refund given will be entirely at our discretion. All advertising rates quoted are for pre-paid entries. Re-booking will be taken to imply satisfaction with the previous listings. We will make all reasonable efforts to keep listings updated promptly, providing the dealer notifies us. Excessive changes will be chargeable at our discretion. Advertising or listing rates may be changed without notice. Once we accept an entry or advert for listing, we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that it remains publicly available for viewing, and is maintained reasonably. The advertiser vouches that they have checked and approved their listing, and that the information supplied to us is accurate, and any advertising conforms to normal standards. Advertisers should bear in mind that our rates are a fraction of rates charged for similar competitive services. If a particularly high standard of service is required, the advertiser should specify such, and a special rate will be negotiated. Renewal notices or invoices will be sent out by e-mail or other means, about one month before the renewal date and should be paid promptly otherwise the enhanced listing will be removed or demoted to a standard free listing. If we receive complaints about any advertiser, particularly if they are numerous or persistent, we reserve the right to cancel any listing or advert without notice and without refund or compensation. Each price level will be listed ahead of lower price levels, and listings within a price level will be placed on a "first come first served" basis within each price level For example all platinum packages will be listed ahead of gold, etc. If you wish to ensure a prime position, please be sure to book early!
